Apple recently announced two enhancements to their media offerings. First is the availability of higher quality and completely unlocked (DRM free) music from the iTunes store. EMI is currently the only label being offered, but more will follow. These iTunes Plus songs are offered at a higher price of $1.29. Also, the Apple TV will stream videos directly from You Tube starting in mid-June and a 160GB (compared to the base 40GB) hard drive option for an additional $100 is available.
