Rate Policies

• Half hour minimum charge for onsite support with a one hour minimum charge for first visit
• All rates are charged in quarter hour increments
• No travel charges for onsite support in the Denver/Boulder or Miami metro areas
• No contracts required for our support services
• No monthly minimums
• Initial introductory meeting to review your needs available at no charge

Travel & After Hours

Your prior approval will be requested before charging these rates

• Travel charge outside of the Denver/Boulder or Miami metro areas:
• $100 plus a minimum support charge equal to the roundtrip travel time
• Travel requiring airfare or overnight stays may incur additional expenses
• Many times our remote capability is the most effective support option
• Example: Colorado Springs is one hour from Denver for $100 + 2 hour minimum
• After hours and weekend support available at $180/hour
• After hours availability is not guaranteed without prior arrangement

Payment

• Invoices are due upon receipt unless prior arrangements are made
• Invoices are sent via email but can also be mailed or faxed upon request
• We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal
