Mark has a MacBook named Emaline, and is an expert Mac teacher and troubleshooter. He also likes peanut butter, and gadgets (but not together).

MJ hails from Arizona, where he racked up more than 8 years experience with the Mac in the graphic arts and publishing industries, after several years troubleshooting DOS and Windows for friends and businesses. He has worked as an IT professional for three national media companies, with direct involvement with nine separate newspapers, installing and maintaining enterprise-level Macintosh-based systems, developing custom workflow automation solutions, and troubleshooting both client and server-side issues. When not nose-to-nose with the Terminal or knee-deep in Xcode, MJ enjoys a good book or movie.

Loving everything Apple, Chris has been supporting Mac users on and off for the past 10 years. He is educated in the technical industry with everything from home automation, home theatre, security systems, remote surveillance and of course, Apple support. Chris has also used his technical knowledge in the entertainment industry. Holding degrees in Technical Theatre and Lighting Design he has worked in NY, FL and CO designing lighting for theatre and dance as well as architecture. But at the end of the day there is nothing that will take him away from supporting users on the Apple platform, except some family time camping or hiking with the latest gadgets!

Danny began working on Macs in the madcap world of of So-Ho Manhattan, where big names you might even recognize lined up for hours hoping and praying that Danny could save their machines. Trouble was, he generally could, and the lines got longer and longer as Danny became the go-to guy of the digital artists' overworld. Danny is patient, knowledgeable, and loves to tackle a challenge. He is a certified repair technician for portables and desktops and has now also achieved recognition throughout the state of Colorado for his troubleshooting capabilities. When he's not fixing your machine, you might find him blasting his horn over at Red Rocks, as Danny is also a professional touring musician in his "spare time" with Panjea and Pachedu.
Danny is an Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist (10.4), Apple Certified Support Professional (10.5), and Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (Desktop & Laptop).
