Dave Morrison
Founder
Dave has been using and supporting Macs for over 15 years. Relied on by design and law firms alike, Dave’s creative solutions and troubleshooting talents help any user accomplish their work faster. Through his experience as an art director and Apple Certified technician, Dave is not only an expert in making systems and applications behave themselves, but also in using them. Dave spends most of the year waiting for football season to start.
Dave is an Apple Certified Support Professional, Apple Certified Technical Coordinator, Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist, Apple Product Professional, Daylite Certified Master Partner, Daylite Certified Trainer and member of the Apple Consultants Network.
Mark Troutman
Technical Coordinator / Mac Consultant
Mark is your friendly Mac savvy neighbor – always up for helping other people love their Macs more. He has been helping friends and family befriend their Mac for years and has now teamed up with MacWorks to spread the love around Colorado. Mark has a MacBook named Emaline, and is an expert Mac teacher and troubleshooter. He also likes peanut butter, and gadgets (but not together).

Chris Manning
Mac Consultant
Loving everything Apple, Chris has been supporting Mac users on and off for the past 10 years. He is educated in the technical industry with everything from home automation, home theatre, security systems, remote surveillance and of course, Apple support. Chris has also used his technical knowledge in the entertainment industry. Holding degrees in Technical Theatre and Lighting Design he has worked in NY, FL and CO designing lighting for theatre and dance as well as architecture. But at the end of the day there is nothing that will take him away from supporting users on the Apple platform, except some family time camping or hiking with the latest gadgets!
Chris is an Apple Certified Support Professional and Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist.
David Taylor
Mac Consultant
David is a Colorado native. He started with an Apple II when he was 3 years old and has loved Macs ever since. His wide range of experience gives him to tools to troubleshoot most anything. He has been in the IT industry for 13 years, and enjoys photography, drawing, painting and Zebra Cakes.
Josh Carr
Service Manager / Mac Consultant
Josh started off his Apple career several years ago as a Mac Genius at the Park Meadows Apple Store. Since then, he’s grown through different positions and ended up starting Rocky Mountain Mac Repair. Josh is excited to be a part of the MacWorks team, bringing hardware excellence and WordPress expertise to the table. In his free time, he can be found writing web code, doing the typical singer/songwriter routine, spending time with his wonderful wife Laura and blogging for countless websites. He’s unequivocally obsessed with new technology and could answer nearly any question you have about newly-released products.
Josh is an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician and an Apple Certified Support Professional.
Bryan Kelley
Mac Consultant
Bryan has been working with computers since elementary school. The first machine he got to play with was neither Mac nor PC, but a machine from Sun Microsystems. In middle school, he got his first Apple Macintosh, and has been a fan ever since. He served 6 years in the army, fixing PC’s, and did a 3 year stint with Apple selling Macs, iPods, and iPhones. Bryan brews his own beer, plays World of Warcraft, and enjoys hikes with his husky, Lilly.
Tito Lauro

Tito went from a small town to Miami and enjoys the vast culture and a good cuban sandwich. Being a libra Tito finds himself fighting the fair fight and constantly wanting to socialize. He’s always been a mac guru and dives deep into technical articles, website, white papers, and schematics (if he can get them). Think of him as the neighborhood kid who took your remote apart and fixed the wireless router.
His passion for technology has led his career interest as the Lead Genius at Apple for four years which included training the geniuses of tomorrow, and now part of the MacWorks team. Tito believes in doing not watching and know that once your determined mentally and physically you can succeed at any task. He enjoys photography, the beach, playstation 3, netflix and aikido.

Tim Lee
Mac Consultant
Tim, a Hawaii native has been working in the Mac world for more than 7 years. Originally tinkering around with his Dad’s Macintosh Plus, he eventually found his way to New York City mostly supporting design and advertising agencies. Tim found his way to Colorado in 2010 and is lovin’ it! He’s a huge jazz aficionado and college basketball fan (Go Hoosiers!).
Tim is an Apple Certified Support Professional, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician, Kerio Certified Technical Professional and Kerio Certified Sales Professional.
Pat O’Rourke

Pat has always had a love for all things mechanical and the processes that make them work. Pat started supporting Apple Computer products 18 years ago by reassembling Mac Plus power supplies. From there, Pat became the Systems Administrator for one of the largest Apple Specialists. Pat and his lovely wife Courtney recently moved from Bend, Or. to the Denver area to join the Macworks team and could not be happier.
Pat is an Apple Certified System Administrator, Apple Certified Technical Coordinator, Apple Product Professional and member of the Apple Consultants Network.
Dennis Niedfeldt

Dennis has lived in Colorado his entire life and has been working in the technology industry for over 7 years. His expertise spans numerous technologies and platforms, which makes him a perfect fit for cross-platform environments. He brings a strong knowledge to every project that shows in his work.
In his spare time he enjoys camping, skiing, traveling, video games, home brewing, and finding great restaurants all across the city and state.

Christopher is your client services guru. He is the man behind the scenes making sure every client has the best experience possible—every time. Chris is often known as the “busy” guy. He is a professional actor, entrepreneur building his own web based business and film producer. Caffeinated beverages are a mainstay of Chris’ diet. In his spare time (spare time?), Chris enjoys running, video games, hanging out with friend and spending time with his fiance.

Fresa handles quality control. With over 8 years life experience, few mistakes ever make it past her watchful eyes. Her technical knowledge is basic and mouse skills attrocious, but she more than makes up for these deficiencies with her deafening seriousness.
